BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Dr. J. N. Alcordo, a seasoned veteran in the power generation business, is SGEC’s current Chairman. Mr. Alcordo has previously held chairmanships in FDC Utilities Inc. and East Asia Power Resources Corp. and held executive positions in various major power and energy utility organizations in the Philippines including Global Business Power Corp., the DOE and NPC.

Possessing over 20 years of experience in the electrical engineering, contracting and construction industries, Engr. Bonifacio J. Eyales is the founder and present President and CEO of SGEC. Engr. Eyales is the inventor of the EER technology, a proprietary technology currently patented in the United States, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Indonesia, GCC, ARIPO regions, and all other PCT contracting states.

Mr. George SyCip has provided assistance and advice to Sinag for the past decade. He has a background in banking and finance and over the past 20 years has also Chaired companies involved in food processing, inflight catering, fuel logistics, and investment banking. Currently, he serves as Chairman of Give2Asia, a US based NGO that has provided over $350 million in grants across Asia. He is also a Trustee of the International Institute of Rural Reconstruction, which has operations in both Africa and Asia, including the Philippines. He also served as Commissioner for the City & County of San Francisco’s Social Services Department under Mayor Dianne Feinstein, and was on the Advisory Board of Stanford University’s Institute for International Studies for 15 years.

Mary O’Donnell is an unstoppable force in the fight for reducing dependence on fossil fuels. For the past 30 years, she has been an leader in coordinating and implementing sustainable power solutions including wind turbine, solar projects, and research and development of the latest sustainable energy innovations. Fueled by her passion to reduce dependence on fossil fuels on a global level and thus empowering developing communities, Mary brings investors, land owners, developers, and environmentalists from all over the world together to execute sustainable power projects. She is the CEO and Founder of No Fossil Fuel LLC. and Clean Power Inc., located in Boston, Massachusetts.

Currently the sole owner and CEO of Jackbilt Inc., Mr. Evaristo M. Narvaez, Jr. also serves as Chairman and CEO of various other enterprises including Breezewoods Development and Bluestone Finance. Prior to his present leadership positions, Mr. Narvaez also headed Pacific Nickel Philippines (Chairman & CEO) and the Paper Industries Corp. of the Philippines (President & CEO).

Mr. Renato Y. Kintanar serves as the current Chairman of Foremost Utilities, Inc., Helpmate Services, Inc., and Hitrust Finance, Inc.. He is also the President/CEO of Helpmate, Inc., and Consolacion Water Systems, Inc. while serving as a Director for Cebuano Waters Inc.. A graduate of chemical engineering and business administration, Mr. Kintanar is a well-known veteran of the finance and utilities industries in the Philippines.
